Financial S&Lutions, LLC is a financial advisory firm which provides financial advisory, swap advisory and debt related consulting services to state and local government and non profit clients. Formed in response to yield burning and other abuses in the tax exempt finance industry, our mission is to provide value-added services consistent with the integrity, honesty, and professionalism that our clients both expect and deserve. We are an independent financial advisory firm and serve only our clients. We do not underwrite, purchase, place or sell securities, nor do we act as principals or counterparties in transactions with our clients.

We have focused segment expertise in the state and local government sector (state agencies, counties, cities, boroughs, townships and school districts and affiliated authorities) and the non-profit healthcare and higher education sectors.

We are affiliated with a large, multidisciplinary professional services firm. This affiliation gives us a unique ability to provide financial advisory, swap advisory and consulting services, although we do not provide legal advice, that have been reviewed from a legal perspective.

FS&L has operated since 1999 and is a member of the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors (NAIPFA). We pride ourselves on assisting our clients in developing, evaluating and implementing innovative financial solutions that meet their unique financial goals and objectives.
