Mike Vind is Managing Director of Financial S&lutions LLC. He manages the analytics department for the firm’s financial and swap advisory units and performs various aspects of debt analysis, projections, budget planning and structures debt and derivative products for FS&L's clients. Mike has advised a number of local government and non-profit clients in connection with several debt issuances and derivative products (including LIBOR based swaps, BMA based swaps, caps, options, forward starting swaps and basis swaps) with a combined notional and par amount in excess of $4.1 billion since 2004.

Mike has been a speaker on derivative products at the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging annual conference and is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Prospectus Berco (a Reading based non-profit organization).

Mike previously served as an analyst for Access Financial Markets, a financial advisory and financial products company and as a financial assistant for Public Financial Management. He received a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from Drexel University and an MBA with a concentration in government/non-profit study from Alvernia University.
